Scope of Work 

The construction of a new office and mixed use development in central Bristol.  A cast insitue concrete frame building with external cladding.   

The access scaffolding was constructed to be fully independent from the building, no physical, mechanical ties or butt ties to the facade of the building.   

Scaffolding work supplied included: – 

• Designed access scaffolding.  

• Protection Gantry 

• Stair and Loading Towers 

• Cantilevered lifting points for the raising of cladding. 

• Edge Protection to multiple arrangements 

• TG20:21 Independent access scaffolding.
