Smart Scaffolder is used to enable the recording and distribution to the customers responsible persons of pre use inspections, statutory scaffolding inspections and handover certification handover certification.
Fall Protection Equipment
Magnums IPATH qualified Inspectors, complete and record the outcomes of personal Fall Arrest equipment inspections from any remote device.
Any non-compliance is highlighted within the report and the rectification implementation is recorded.
Employee Pre-Start Checklists
Supervisors complete a daily cloud-based pre-start checklist, recording that each employee attending work has the correct PPE, Tools and is fit for work.
Any non-conformance experienced is automatically forwarded to a manager for resolution.
Point of Work Risk Assessment
Enabling the supervisor to record the outcomes of the Point of Work Risk Assessment before commencement of the shift or an item of scaffolding.
The inspection results are available to customers from a hyperlink, the customer can review, print or download.
Vehicle, Daily Defect Inspections.
Totally cloud based, each driver has an inspection app to record the outcome of the vehicle inspection. In the event of a defect being identified, a manager receives immediate notification enabling any issue to be resolved efficiently.
A separate Inspection report is used for Cars and Vans and an alternative report for LGV vehicles.
Forklift Inspections
Pre use forklift inspection completed and recorded digitally from any remote device. In the event of any defect being identified and recorded, the details are automatically submitted to a manger enabling efficient resolution of the matter.
Magnum are currently developing a digital inspection solution for the management of Premises, HAV and Tools and Equipment.
Where appropriate the inspections will be activated through the scanning of equipment QR codes.
