Customers can be provided with log in details to enable them to review the progress of their project from Quotation, Design, contract Administration to completion of the scaffolding.
Scaffolding Supervisors are able to view work schedules, designs and specifications from their remote devices.

Cloud Based Scaffolding Inspection Portal
By utilising a cloud based portal Magnum has revolutionised health & safety reporting in their own business and that of their customers.
Using a visible tagging system to supplement inspection reports is a useful way of ensuring those who need to access the works know that it has been inspected and is safe to use.
Although tagging systems are not a legal requirement, the law does require an inspection of temporary works and the issue of a report by a competent person on a minimum of a weekly basis.
Magnum utilises bespoke individually QR coded tags. Inspectors are able to directly access the inspection records for each item of scaffolding, from their remote device. Ensuring it has been inspected and is safe to use.
Anything can be tagged so Magnum has expanded the use of cloud based inspection process, using QR coded tags to complete and record the inspection of Personal Fall Arrest Protection Equipment, daily personal PPE checks, Vehicles Inspections and Pre Use Inspections of Plant and Equipment i.e. Gin Wheels or Power Tools.

Temporary works inspections are carried out using the an online portal When tags are scanned for an inspection, the app shows a clear and simple inspection checklist. Drop down and comment boxes can be selected and populated to enable the efficient and accurate recording of the outcome of the inspection.
The inspection portal is a fully web-based interface, allowing collaboration and dissemination of Handover and Inspection information to all parties involved with the scaffolding contract works, via email.
Scaffolding inspection information can be immediately accessed by anyone associated with a project as either an inspector or is invited as a guest. Invited guests people can be directly notified of Handovers, Off Hires and any non-compliance identified within and inspection..
The portal can be used as an effective temporary works management tool. By using a cloud-based system there is no need to install/upgrade software. This approach allows access from any web enabled device for any authorised user.
