Scope of Work 

Replacement of external Cladding to multi storey high rise residential block. 

Scaffolding work supplied included: – 

• An External Perimeter Access Scaffolding, fully boarded at 2m lifts 

• Provision of 1330 HD Beams to form bridges, supporting external scaffolding over parking and adjacent building 

• Dead Shoring to the underside of low-level roofs to transfer load of external scaffolding to the foundation. 

• Stair Tower  

• Ladder Towers  

• Temporary cover above eaves  

• 1500kg Passenger and Goods Hoist 

• High level Cantilever Loading Platforms
