Scope of Work 

The construction of a new office and mixed use development in central Bristol.  A cast insitue concrete frame building with external cladding. Â 

The access scaffolding was constructed to be fully independent from the building, no physical, mechanical ties or butt ties to the facade of the building. Â 

Scaffolding work supplied included: – 

• Designed access scaffolding.  

• Protection Gantry 

• Stair and Loading Towers 

• Cantilevered lifting points for the raising of cladding. 

• Edge Protection to multiple arrangements 

• TG20:21 Independent access scaffolding.
