Gold accreditation means that the company has proved it has great human resource policies in place but more than that, it means everyone – from CEO to apprentice takes ownership for making them come to life.
Only 17% of our accredited organisations achieve Gold.
Examples of what the Assessor found Magnum did well were: –
- Strong teamworking ethic, including a positive attitude by supervisors and advanced scaffolders to pass on their knowledge, skills and experience.
- Total commitment by everyone to high levels of health and safety compliance and best practice.
