Noah Phillips, who joined the company at the age of 16 and is now 18, is in the final stages of his Apprenticeship and is on the verge of becoming a qualified Scaffolder. Additionally, Magnum currently employs three more Apprentice Scaffolders, each progressing through their training at different levels.
