Magnums Training and Development.
Magnum has had a busy year of training.
It’s hard to believe it’s just over 12 months since our last Height Rescue Training and that we are about to embark on further annual Height Rescue training. We’ll report further when that’s completed.
Magnum currently employs six Apprentices, who have all been busy attending elements of their course throughout the year, including Part 1 and Part 2.
Three of our Apprentices will complete their Apprenticeship training this year and become qualified Scaffolders, which is very exciting.
Two Scaffolders have achieved their SSSTS qualification.
Further training is planned during this calendar year, including Forklift, Banksman, SSSTS and IPATH.
Magnum has contracted with Citation for Employment advice for a further 6 years and an element of this service is online training modules.
This training has proved extremely useful to Magnum in the past with the available training modules covering all aspects of Health and Safety and Employment Legislation.
